All of our online and retail sales are governed by the 2014 consumer contract regulations. We always give full details of our products and information of our company and location as required by this law. Our prices include VAT which is currently at 20%. Our VAT registration number is –226273810
Cancellation and returns policy: If you wish to return your order you have 7 working days from the day you receive the goods to this. You must contact us in writing by email or letter within this 7 working day period in order to return the goods. On the rare occasion this happens we will refund 100% percent of your order value. You can return the goods by courier or in person but we do not take on any of the cost of returning the goods. We do not accept any returns or give any refunds if you wish to cancel due to not liking the appearance of the product or if the product has been damaged whilst in your possession.
Our products are completely natural and contain natural variations. As such every sheet is slightly unique to the next and this is part of the beauty of our products.
We check all the material in our stock thoroughly before it is dispatched to our clients. If you have made a material only order with us any issues or defects must be raised before the material is fixed by your contractor. We do not accept any returns or take any responsibility for the material on a supply only order after the material has been installed or processed in any way.
If you wish to cancel a booked installation this can be done within 7 working days from the day you confirm your order and make payment. If you cancel within 7 working days we will refund your payment in full, if you cancel after this period we cannot refund your payment.
All orders are only fully accepted and confirmed from the time we receive the payment for the order as per the payment terms in our offer to you.
Delivery period: We endeavour to deliver all orders where the material is in stock within 5 - 10 working days. On the rare occasion there is any delay in the delivery for any reason we will inform you by email. We deliver by courier services and will give your contact details to our courier in order to make a successful delivery. If you not available when they make their first delivery attempt they will leave a card requesting you call them to re arrange the delivery or collect the package from their depot. If the courier has an issue delivering the material it is the clients responsibility to telephone the courier and co ordinate for the delivery to be successful. If a courier cannot deliver we cannot refund the delivery charge.
We make it clear on our site which materials we have in stock and which materials are not currently in stock, on the rare occasion we have had an issue with our system and a material has been sold as in stock when it is not available in stock we will contact you by phone or email and offer to fully refund your order and give an estimated lead time to get the material you require and leave it to you to decide how you would like to move forward.
Online payments: We use Paypal for our online payment merchant, they are one of the most reputable and secure online payment providers in the world. When going to complete your purchase online you will be redirected to the Paypal site where you can make your payment as a ‘guest’ you do not need to have a Paypal account yourself to do this.
